MSR... MSR...MSR...  @_@ something alien to you?  Yea~ its entirely ALIEN to me.

MSR stands for Monthly Sales Review and all the telesales are required to do their powerpoint slide & presentation. 

I have to give the HOD a rough idea of my customer base, % of the industry.  If your line chart is going uphill, what causes that? your customers having projects? adhoc shipments?  If your line chart is going downhill, state the reason and ways you gonna do to win the customers back.  Share you story of success and difficulties... etc... etc...  I HAVE HEADACHE!

And... finally... I received a good and a bad news from my manager today~
The good one is - I just do the "reading" based on the charts
The bad one is - I still have to present =(

I have been doing my intro call & start handling a few regular customers... and I find myself couldn't really cope with it coz I'm having a lot of difficulties as I don't know which is the right department to head to and don't know who to speak to. 
 
In RC, I was the customer, making complains... But now the other way round, standing in the position of service provider - being complained... bla... bla... bla...!  My colleague said:"They're not scolding you... they're scolding the company.  Don't take it so hard~"  Cool huh?  Imagine someone scolding IDIOT YOU!  Can you stay calm & think to yourself:"nah~~ not scolding me~ they're scolding the company IDIOT YOU!"

Working for SME & MNC is sooooo different.  Everything is all about "long haul" procedures.  Hahaa~ should I be using "long haul"? Is that really so terrible?  Yea~ I hope I'm just being exaggerate.

I gotta a feeling... I can feel... I feel... moving forward is going to be tougher & I hope I can be strong & hang on~~
