Craving for cucumber soup which my mother used to cook when I was young. Called her last night to get some ideas and I decided to cook this for lunch today!
These are the ingredients to prepare:
* Cucumber
* Minced pork
* Mushroom
* Egg
* Ginger

Hmm~~ yummy!
Not everyone likes this coz some people may find the cucumber smell is too strong and they can't take it.
Regular intake of cucumber benefits our body internally & externally. Best is eaten raw. There are a lot of proven & reported health benefits... So, why not buy some cucumber back home today?
